Queueing is generally expected in banks, government offices, bus parks, and busy shops, but the line may be loose and people often ask who is last rather than forming a strict single-file queue. In crowded or informal settings, patience and a calm, polite reminder usually work better than pushing forward, since service can be slower and local order is often maintained by social awareness rather than rigid rules.
