Photography Etiquette in Uganda

Always ask before photographing people, especially in rural areas, markets, or around religious and community events, because many Ugandans consider it respectful to be consulted first. Security sites, government buildings, military personnel, and some police checkpoints are sensitive, and you may be stopped or asked to delete images if you shoot without permission.
