Queueing Etiquette in Rwanda

Queueing is generally orderly and people expect you to wait your turn without pushing ahead, especially in banks, bus stations, and government offices. In busy places, lines may be less rigid than in some countries, so watch for who arrived first and follow the local flow rather than trying to force a strict single-file queue.
