Inclusivity Etiquette in Ukraine

Public life in Ukraine is generally expected to be polite and nonintrusive, so inclusive behavior means using respectful language, avoiding assumptions about someone’s background, and being mindful of personal space and tone. In larger cities especially, people are usually open to different identities and viewpoints, but older or more conservative settings may be less openly expressive, so a calm, respectful approach works best.
