Queueing Etiquette in Ukraine

People generally queue in an orderly line in Ukraine, especially in shops, pharmacies, post offices, and at service counters, and it is normal to ask who is last if the line is informal. In crowded places people may stand close and keep the queue moving briskly, but cutting in is frowned on and usually met with direct correction.
