Drinking Water Etiquette in Ukraine

Tap water is generally not trusted for drinking in Ukraine, so travelers usually buy bottled water or use filtered water for drinking and making tea or coffee. In homes, offices, and restaurants, people often boil water or use a kettle, and in some places you may be offered mineral water instead of plain tap water.
