PDA Etiquette in Peru

Public displays of affection are generally modest in Peru: holding hands, a quick kiss, or a brief hug is usually fine, but prolonged or overly passionate PDA can draw stares, especially in family areas, churches, or more traditional neighborhoods. Younger people in Lima and other big cities are often more relaxed, while in smaller towns and among older generations it is better to keep affection low-key and respectful.
