Tattoos Etiquette in Portugal

Tattoos are generally accepted in Portugal, especially among younger people and in urban areas, so visible ink is usually not a problem in everyday life. In more formal workplaces, conservative family settings, or religious occasions, it is still wise to cover them if you want to avoid drawing attention, but there is no strong social taboo around tattoos.
