Street Food Etiquette in North Korea
Street food is not a major everyday part of public life in North Korea, and what is sold is usually found at state-run markets, train stations, or special events rather than from a dense, informal vendor scene. When it is available, expect simple items like corn, noodles, or snacks sold in a controlled setting, with limited variety and little of the spontaneous late-night street culture seen in many other countries.
