Queueing Etiquette in Iraq

Queueing is often looser and more negotiable than in many Western countries, so expect people to cluster around a counter, speak up to be served, and occasionally let a friend or older person move ahead. In busy markets, government offices, and transport hubs, patience and a calm, respectful tone matter more than strict line order, though formal places may still enforce a numbered or single-file system.
