Tipping Etiquette in Hungary

Tipping is customary in Hungary, and in restaurants people usually leave about 10% if service was good, often by rounding up the bill or telling the server the total amount to charge. In taxis, cafés, and hair salons a small extra amount is also common, but check whether a service charge is already included so you do not tip twice.
