Bill Paying Etiquette in Armenia

Bills are usually paid in cash at bank branches, payment terminals, or service offices, and many people still prefer to settle utilities and phone bills in person rather than by card. In Yerevan and other cities, self-service kiosks and bank apps are increasingly common, but keeping small cash on hand is still useful because some smaller shops and local offices may not accept cards for every payment.
