Tipping Etiquette in Namibia

Tipping in Namibia is appreciated but usually modest: in restaurants, rounding up or leaving about 10% is common if service is good, while small tips for porters, guides, and safari staff are also normal. Many places include a service charge or have staff earning relatively low wages, so cash tips are often given directly and are especially welcome in tourist areas and lodges.
