Taboos Etiquette in Cambodia

Avoid touching anyone’s head, pointing your feet at people or sacred objects, or showing anger in public, as these are seen as disrespectful. In temples and at family altars, dress modestly and remove shoes before entering, and be especially careful around monks and images of the Buddha, which are treated with great reverence.
