Queueing Etiquette in Zimbabwe

Queueing is generally expected in Zimbabwe, especially at banks, government offices, bus ranks, and shops, and people usually wait their turn rather than pushing ahead. In busy places the line may be informal and patience matters, but trying to jump the queue is widely seen as rude and can quickly draw comments from others.
