Greetings Etiquette in Zimbabwe

A polite greeting is expected before any business or request, usually with a handshake and a brief exchange of pleasantries, and it is considered rude to jump straight into the point. In many settings people also use respectful titles and ask after family or health, and in rural or older communities a warm, unhurried greeting can matter more than speed.
