Most public toilets in Seychelles are basic and may not always have toilet paper, so it is normal to carry your own tissues or wipes and use bins rather than flushing paper where signs indicate. In hotels, restaurants, and larger tourist sites the facilities are usually cleaner and better supplied, but on smaller islands and beaches you may need to plan ahead and use the nearest paid or shared restroom.
