Titles & Address Etiquette in Seychelles

Use polite titles and surnames at first contact, especially in formal settings, and switch to first names only when invited. In everyday Seychellois Creole conversation people are often relaxed and friendly, but in business, with elders, or in official settings it is still respectful to address someone as Mr., Mrs., or Ms. until they suggest otherwise.
