Bargaining Etiquette in Ghana

Bargaining is normal in Ghana at open-air markets, roadside stalls, and when hiring taxis or buying crafts, but it should stay friendly and light rather than aggressive. Fixed prices are more common in supermarkets, malls, and many formal shops, while in traditional markets a little back-and-forth is expected and often ends with a smile or a small concession.
