Queueing is often looser and more fluid than in many Western countries, so expect people to cluster around a counter or doorway and be ready to ask politely whose turn is next rather than assuming a strict single-file line. In busy markets, bus stops, and government offices, patience and a calm, respectful tone matter more than visibly insisting on your place, though formal services in larger cities may follow a clearer order.
