Arriving a little late is usually acceptable in Argentina, especially for social invitations, dinners, and informal gatherings, where showing up 15 to 30 minutes after the stated time is often normal. For business meetings and official appointments, punctuality matters more, but even then schedules can be flexible and people may not expect the strict on-the-dot timing common in some other countries.
