Queueing Etiquette in Spain

People generally queue in an orderly line in Spain, especially in shops, banks, ticket offices, and public transport, and cutting in is frowned on. In busy bars or bakeries, though, service can feel more fluid and you may need to make your presence known politely rather than waiting for a strict line.
