Tipping Etiquette in Nigeria

Tipping is appreciated in Nigeria but usually modest and discretionary, with small cash tips for hotel porters, restaurant staff, drivers, and attendants being the norm rather than a fixed percentage. In many places a service charge may already be included, and in informal settings people often round up the bill or give a little extra for good service instead of following a strict tipping rule.
