Carry tissues or a small pack of toilet paper, because many public and older facilities use a hose or bucket for washing and may not provide paper. In homes, cafés, and some hotels you may see a squat toilet or a Western-style toilet with a hand sprayer, and it is normal to dispose of paper in the bin if the plumbing is not designed for flushing it.
