Tipping Etiquette in Lebanon

Tipping is appreciated in Lebanon but usually modest: round up small bills, leave about 10% in restaurants if service is not already included, and give a little extra to hotel staff, drivers, and café servers for good service. In Beirut and other cities, many places add a service charge, so check the bill first and tip more casually than in countries where gratuity is expected to make up most of a worker’s income.
