Dining Etiquette in Kuwait

Meals are usually eaten with the right hand, and if you are invited to a home or majlis it is polite to accept coffee, dates, and at least a little of what is offered before declining more. In traditional settings, eating together is often relaxed and generous, with hosts refilling plates and serving Arabic coffee as a sign of hospitality, while public dining during Ramadan may be more subdued until sunset.
