Tipping is appreciated in Jamaica but usually modest: in restaurants, a service charge is often already included, and if it is not, leaving about 10–15% is common for good service. In hotels, taxis, and for guides or porters, small cash tips are normal, while at all-inclusive resorts many visitors still tip staff directly for extra attention.
