Drinking Water Etiquette in Angola
In Angola, it is normal to drink bottled or otherwise treated water, especially in cities and while traveling, because tap water is often not considered safe for visitors. In homes and restaurants, people may still serve tap water for washing or cooking, but travelers usually stick to sealed bottles or boiled water, and in some areas you may also see water sold in sachets or large jugs.
