PDA Etiquette in Lithuania

Public displays of affection are usually kept modest in Lithuania, so holding hands or a quick kiss is fine, but prolonged hugging, heavy kissing, or overtly sexual behavior in public can draw uncomfortable looks. In cities and among younger people the rules are looser, yet in more traditional settings, on public transport, or around older generations, a restrained style is still the safest norm.
