Coffee & Tea Etiquette in Iceland

Coffee is the default hot drink in Iceland, and it is normal to be offered several refills at home or in a workplace without treating it as a special occasion. Tea is available too, but it is much less central than coffee, so a traveler will usually fit in best by accepting coffee first and only asking for tea if that is clearly preferred.
