Bargaining Etiquette in Denmark

Bargaining is generally not expected in Denmark, especially in shops, restaurants, taxis, and most services where prices are fixed and clearly displayed. The main exceptions are flea markets, private sales, and some secondhand or antique stalls, where a polite, low-key offer may be accepted, but aggressive haggling is usually seen as awkward.
