Tipping Etiquette in Bolivia

Tipping is not expected in Bolivia, and in many everyday places such as taxis, small restaurants, and casual services, rounding up or leaving a small extra amount is enough if you want to show appreciation. In nicer restaurants a service charge may already be included, so locals usually tip only for especially good service rather than following a fixed percentage.
