Coffee & Tea Etiquette in Venezuela

Coffee is the everyday default in Venezuela, and it is common to offer guests a small, strong cup of black coffee after meals or during a visit. Tea is much less central than coffee, though herbal infusions may be served at home, and refusing a coffee offer can seem a bit abrupt unless you give a polite reason.
