Coffee & Tea Etiquette in Sudan
Tea and coffee are commonly offered to guests and should be accepted if you can, since refusing too quickly can seem unfriendly; it is normal to linger over several small servings rather than rush. In everyday social life, strong tea and Sudanese coffee are part of hospitality, and in some settings people may also share spiced drinks such as ginger tea or cardamom-scented coffee after meals or during visits.
