Tipping in Trinidad and Tobago is appreciated but usually modest: in restaurants a 10% service charge may already be added, and if it is not, leaving around 10% is common for good service. In taxis, hotels, and with porters or tour guides, small cash tips are normal rather than expected, while in casual bars or street-food spots rounding up or leaving a little extra is enough.
