Public toilets in Singapore are generally clean, but you should flush after use, keep the seat and floor dry, and never litter or leave tissue behind. In many places, especially older hawker centres and public facilities, toilet paper may be provided outside the stall or not at all, so it is normal to carry your own tissues and use the bidet spray or water hose if available.
