Tipping is generally not expected in Singapore, and in many restaurants, taxis, and hotels the bill already includes a service charge or the price is simply taken as final. If you want to show appreciation, rounding up small change or leaving a modest extra amount is acceptable, but large tips can feel unnecessary or even awkward because good service is considered part of the standard price.
