Coffee & Tea Etiquette in Estonia

Coffee is usually served strong and black, and it is normal to drink it slowly with a pastry or cake rather than as a quick takeaway ritual. Tea is less central than coffee, but at home or in cafés people often offer black tea or herbal tea, and in winter a hot drink is a common way to warm up after being outdoors.
