Bargaining Etiquette in Estonia

Bargaining is not common in Estonia, especially in shops, supermarkets, taxis with meters, and most restaurants, where prices are usually fixed and expected to be paid as marked. You may see some room for negotiation at flea markets, with private sellers, or for larger services and rentals, but it is done politely and briefly rather than as a back-and-forth ritual.
