Bargaining Etiquette in Belarus

Bargaining is generally uncommon in Belarus outside of flea markets, street stalls, and private secondhand sales, where a small discount may be accepted if you are polite and not pushy. In regular shops, supermarkets, and most services, prices are fixed, and trying to haggle can come across as awkward or disrespectful.
