Recycling Etiquette in Bahamas

Recycling is not yet a strong everyday norm in the Bahamas, so visitors should not expect the same level of sorting, curbside pickup, or public recycling bins that are common in many larger countries. On the islands, waste is usually handled through general trash collection, and some hotels, marinas, and businesses may separate bottles, cans, or cardboard, but you should not assume recycling facilities are available everywhere.
