Tea is commonly offered and shared in small glasses, especially the sweet green tea known as
attaya, and it is polite to accept at least one round if you are invited. Coffee is less central in everyday hospitality than tea, while in towns you may also be offered instant coffee or imported drinks in cafés and homes.
