Public toilets are often basic and may not provide toilet paper, so carry tissues or wipes and be ready to pay a small fee at bus stations, markets, and some restaurants. In homes and many older buildings, do not flush paper unless a bin is provided, because plumbing can be sensitive and local bathrooms are commonly set up for disposal in a waste basket.
